You can apply for your new home at renthadleyplace.com. We do our best to respond within 24 hours of inquiry. Application only takes a few minutes to fill out and submit. We will have an approval within 24-48 hours.

Hadley Place includes a choice of one, two or three-bedroom spacious floorplans. They were designed with all the warmth, style, and amenities you want in your home. Beautiful granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and wood plank flooring.

We have ample parking spaces available on a first come, first serve basis. We also have garages available to rent for an additional fee. Each building also has handicap parking available.

Our location is a part of the Cumberland Valley School District, which includes Cumberland Valley High School, Eagle View Middle School, Middlesex Elementary School, Shaull Elementary School, Winding Creek Elementary School, Cumberland Valley Ninth Grade Academy, Green Ridge Elementary School, Monroe Elementary School, Silver Spring Elementary School, Hampden Elementary School, Mountain View Middle School and Sporting Hill Elementary School. 

Yes, we do require all residents to purchase an insurance policy. We recommend our third party provider, ResidentShield, as we've already done the work to negotiate the best rates!

Hadley Place offers many amenities for our residents to enjoy! We have a dog park, pet washing stations, EV charging stations, garages for an additional fee, and valet door-to-door trash service. Currently, our clubhouse is still under construction. Once it is completed, there will be a kitchen, a movie lounge, free wi-fi, a pool, an outside eating area, plus a fitness center!

Residents are able to submit work orders on our resident portal or call the office and we would be happy to submit a work order for you!

Yes! We have 24/7 emergency maintenance available. You can reach our emergency maitenance team at 717-521-8149. Once our team is contacted, someone will be there within one hour.

Yes! We offer fully furnished units to our residents for an additional monthly cost.
